THE PROJECT
Don Higgins is a Chicago-based architect who specializes in converting 2-flat multi-family buildings into beautiful single-family homes.
One of his recent projects was on the Chicago River. We had the opportunity to work with Don to capture this stunning conversion in photography and produce a video featurette of the new single-family home.
Over the course of two years, we took photography of the house before it was deconstructed, during the remodeling process, and after the completion of the construction.
